DOGGIE DAY CAMP

Doggie Camp is for the family with a younger active dog who does not get enough exercise, spends too much time alone, needs more socialization with people and other animals or whose family just wants to spoil their furry family member.

Dogs enrolled in Doggie Camp get to play with other dogs in a controlled environment, constantly supervised by a staff member trained in dog behavior. The staff is always watching for behaviors that may cause problems, distracting dogs with new games or new playmates. Groups are kept small enough to allow staff to know each dog in her group.

Each group gets to play together until they get tired, then they are put down for a nap in individual rooms, with a snack, before another play period starts the fun all over again.

Dogs may attend Doggie Camp for a full day or half-day. Doggie Camp is available to suitable dogs as a daytime activity and also as an overnight boarder.

Dogs are very social animals. Their people are normally their "pack" but dogs like to let their hair down and just be dogs once in a while. Doggie Camp allows dogs to have this physical and mental stimulation: slobbering, barking, digging, chasing other dogs and, of course, running--lots and lots of running! If you would like a tired dog when you get home from a hard day at work, this is the program for your dog!

Doggie Camp Rules

Doggie Camp is available Monday through Friday except the week of July 4th and the week between Christmas and New Year’s.
Dogs must be over 3 months of age, spayed or neutered if over 7 months, and show proof of all current vaccinations. Bordetella must be done every 6 months.
Dogs must be in good health. All dogs must be free of any condition that could potentially jeopardize themselves or other guests.
Dogs must be social with other dogs and people, and not food or toy protective. Owner must certify that dog has not harmed or shown any aggressive or threatening behavior towards any person or any other dogs. Please remember that your dog will be spending time with other pets and the safety, health and well-being of all dogs and our staff is our main concern.
Dogs must be evaluated and have complete, up-to-date and approved application on file before admission. If your dog is not suitable for Doggie Day Camp, our Private Day Care program is available.
Reservations are required. Cancellations with less than 24 hours notice will be charged full fees. Please reserve your dog's camp space by 2 pm at least one day in advance.

Doggie Day Camp Rates
$12.00............ full day (8am-9:30 am arrival through 4-5:30 pm)
$8.00.............. half day (8-9:30 am until 1 pm OR Noon until 5:30 pm)
Suitability Evaluation: $10.00 (non-refundable)
